Aswang

Photoshop & Illustrator. A horror inspired piece pin-up created in the traditional comic book style. The Aswang is a vampire-like creature from Philippine mythology and folklore, traditionally she is depicted with large bat-like wings and a disembodied torso, for this piece some creative license was made for this opting for clawlegs. To maintain the horror vibe, the piece was colored using a monochromatic gray palette.
